Pay your payees
The plugin doesn't send money. You pay people the way you always do, then mark the payout as paid. This keeps every balance, order note and payee statement correct.
You need an active license to see the Payouts and History tabs.
See who you owe
Go to WooCommerce > Revenue Share > Payouts. Each payee has one row with two amounts:
- Ready to pay
- Earnings that are past the hold period and not paid yet.
- Upcoming payment
- Earnings that are still on hold, with the date they'll be ready.
You can search by name or email. If a payee has less than your minimum payout, their row shows it, and the amount waits until it's high enough.
Pay full balances
- Pay the people first, by bank transfer, PayPal, cash or another way.
- Select those payees and click Mark as paid.
- Check the payment method, add a reference if you like (a transaction ID, for example) and confirm.
For example, at the end of September Meera Iyer has $248.40 ready to pay and Daniel Cruz has $164.20. You pay both by bank transfer, select them, add the reference “September payout” and mark $412.60 as paid. Noah Patel has $18.00, which is below the $25 minimum, so his amount waits for next month.
Pay for some orders only
Click Pay by order next to a payee. A panel opens with their orders. Select the orders you paid, choose the payment method and mark them as paid.
What gets saved
- A payout in the History tab, with the date, payee, amount, method and reference.
- A private note on each order, like “Revenue share: $11.52 marked as paid to Meera Iyer.”
- An updated statement in the payee's account.
Each order with payees also has a Revenue Share box on the order screen. It shows each payee's earning and its status, and you can mark an earning as paid from there too.
History
The History tab lists every payout. Filter by payee, payment method or date, and open a payout to see which earnings it covered.
Export to CSV
| Tab | What you get |
|---|---|
| Payouts | Each payee with the amount ready to pay, the amount on hold, and the date of their last payout. Select payees first to export only them. |
| History | The payouts that match your filters, with date, payee, amount, number of earnings, method and reference. |
What payees see
Payees log in to your store and open My Account > Revenue Share. The tab appears after their first earning, and you don't need to set anything up. They see:
- Three totals: ready to pay, on hold and paid
- Each earning with its date, product, order, amount and status
- Each payout with its date, amount, method and reference
A short note at the top tells them how long new earnings stay on hold.
