License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Chandan Kumar Gouda, trading as Autora Lab. It covers use of any downloadable software Product purchased from Autora Lab. For open-source Products (noted on the product page), the applicable open-source license, such as the GPL for WordPress plugins, governs the code itself. This agreement covers your license key, updates and support access.

1. Grant of license

Subject to payment, you're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on as many of your own or your clients' sites as you like.

2. Updates and support

A yearly license includes software updates and direct support for each year you pay for, and renews automatically until you cancel. A lifetime license includes them for as long as we develop and sell the Product. If a yearly license lapses, the Product keeps working but stops receiving updates and support.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Product, or share your license key publicly or with people outside your business and its clients.

4. Termination

We may revoke a license for breach of this agreement (including sharing license keys) or when the related purchase is refunded.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Product is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee it will be error-free or meet every use case, though we fix genuine bugs reported through support.
