What's the difference between the plans?
Both include every feature and unlimited sites. The yearly plan includes updates and support while it's active and renews each year. Lifetime is one payment with updates and support for good.
How many sites can I use it on?
As many as you like, on either plan. Paste the same key into WooCommerce, License on each site.
What happens if I cancel or don't renew?
The plugin keeps working on all your sites. You only stop getting updates and support.
How do I cancel the yearly plan?
Sign in to your account with your license key and choose Manage subscription. Your key keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying or renewing. Email us, or use Request a refund in your account, and our team will refund you in full. No questions asked.
Who handles payment and tax?
Paddle, our merchant of record. They take the payment and handle sales tax and VAT for you.
