Where do I find my license key?
It shows on screen as soon as you've paid, and we email it to you right after checkout. Lost it? Email [email protected] from the address you bought with and we'll send it again.
How do I switch on updates for a paid plugin?
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce > Revenue Share > Settings, paste your key in the License section and click Activate license. Updates then arrive like any other plugin update.
How do I download the plugin again?
Sign in to your account with your license key and click Download plugin.
How many sites can I use it on?
As many as you like, on either plan. Paste the same key in WooCommerce > Revenue Share > Settings on each site.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying or renewing. Email us, or use Request a refund in your account, and our team will refund you in full. No questions asked.
