1. Who we are

Autora Lab is the trading name of Chandan Kumar Gouda, based in India (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Chandan Kumar Gouda. They cover the software products listed on https://autoralab.net (“Products”) and your use of this website. By buying or using a Product, or by continuing to use this website, you agree to them.

2. Licenses, not sales

When you buy a Product, you buy a license to use it under its License Agreement, not ownership of the software. Open-source Products also remain under their own license (for example the GPL) where the product page says so.

3. Payment and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, sales tax and VAT, and payment security, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown on our pricing page, and Paddle shows the final price, including any tax, before you pay.

4. Subscriptions and renewals

Yearly licenses renew automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your license stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Lifetime licenses are a single payment and don't renew.

5. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal. Our Refund Policy explains how.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use a Product or this website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, including spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the security or operation of our services, including the license and update servers;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute a Product, or share a license key, outside what its License Agreement allows.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Products, this website, and the Autora Lab name and logo, except for open-source code that is licensed to you under its own license. These Terms don't transfer any of those rights to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep downloads, license checks and updates available, but we can't promise our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a Product has a genuine bug, report it to [email protected] and we'll work on a fix.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your license, or your access to our services, if you seriously breach these Terms or the License Agreement, if a payment is refunded or disputed, or if we see fraud or a security risk.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, except as these Terms expressly state. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post changes here and update the date at the top.
