Your illustrator earns on every tee, hoodie and tote that carries their artwork. No more guessing which orders were theirs.
Add an artist, author, instructor or partner to any WooCommerce product with their cut. Every order works out what they've earned, waits out your return window, then shows you exactly who to pay.
Here's what paying your collaborators looks like without a plugin, next to the same job with Product Revenue Share.
Every month, by hand
6 manual steps, repeated every month
The math already happened when each order came in
Holds and refunds already handled
If someone helped make it, write it, teach it or promote it, they can earn from it. Here's how a few kinds of stores set it up.
Your illustrator earns on every tee, hoodie and tote that carries their artwork. No more guessing which orders were theirs.
Instructors get their share of what students actually paid, so a launch-week discount never turns into an awkward conversation.
Pay the author a royalty per copy and the cover artist their own. Sell a box of 20 and all 20 copies count.
Makers who stock your shelves see their sales as they happen. You stop tallying by hand at the end of every month.
Co-designed a product with a creator? They earn on every sale, including customers who never clicked their link.
Set aside a fixed amount from each sale for a cause, and let them log in to see exactly what they've raised.
Open a product, find the person by name or email, and set their cut: a percentage of what the customer paid, or a flat amount for every unit. Add as many people as the product needs. A plain sentence under the list tells you what they'll get and what stays with you.
Product editor, Revenue Share tab
When an order reaches Processing (or Completed, if you'd rather wait until it ships), every payee on it gets their earning recorded. Once per order, never twice, even if the status flips back and forth. Open any order and you'll see exactly who is owed what from that sale.
WooCommerce order screen
New earnings sit on hold for 30 days by default, long enough to cover most return windows, and you can change that to suit your store. If a customer sends something back, each payee's share shrinks by the same proportion on its own. Refund one mug out of three and Meera's $11.52 becomes $7.68.
Revenue Share settings
One screen lists everyone with money waiting, split into ready and on hold. Tick who you're paying, pick how you paid them, add a reference if you like, and confirm. Every order involved gets a private note, so your records match without extra work.
It keeps the books, it doesn't move money. Pay by bank, PayPal or cash like you do today, then record it here.
WooCommerce > Revenue Share > Payouts
Everyone you pay gets a Revenue Share tab in their account on your store. It shows what's ready, what's on hold, what's been paid, and the sale behind every amount. They stop wondering, and you stop answering “any idea what I made this month?”
Your store > My Account > Revenue Share
New earnings wait before they can be paid, 30 days unless you change it. Match it to your refund window so you never pay out on an order that comes back.
Refund a whole order or just part of it, and each payee's earning shrinks to match before payday.
Balances under your threshold wait until they're worth the transfer fee.
Pre-select PayPal, bank transfer, cash or other, and change it per payout.
Each paid order gets a private note with the amount, so your records line up.
Hand balances or your full payout history straight to your accountant.
Works with High-Performance Order Storage, the Cart and Checkout blocks, and the classic setup.
Adjust amounts with prs_earning_amount, or react when earnings clear and payouts go out.
WooCommerce has three common ways to share money with other people. They solve different problems, so here's how to tell which one you need.
Like AffiliateWP or YITH Affiliates
Like Dokan or WC Vendors

No. It calculates and tracks what each person earns. You pay them your usual way, by bank transfer, PayPal or cash, then mark the payout as paid so every balance stays correct.
An affiliate plugin pays people for the customers they send through a link or coupon. A marketplace plugin lets other sellers run their own shops on your site. Product Revenue Share pays the people behind a product you sell, on every sale of it, wherever the customer came from.
Anyone with a user account on your store. Create an account for your artist or partner, then find them by name or email on the product.
Yes. Add as many payees as you need, each with their own percentage or fixed amount per item. Each share is calculated on its own, and the product tab warns you if the percentages add up to more than 100%.
Yes. Payees you add to a variable product earn on every variation, based on the price the customer paid.
When the order is Processing or Completed. You choose which one, and Processing is the default. Orders that go straight to Completed count too. Each order counts only once, even if its status changes later.
A full refund cancels each payee's earning from that order. A partial refund lowers it by the same share, so if one of three mugs is refunded, each earning goes down by a third. You can turn this off in Settings.
30 days from the order date by default, which covers most return periods. You can choose any number of days, including 0. After that, the earning is Ready to pay.
To pay people, yes. The plugin records earnings as soon as it's active, but the Payouts and History tabs open only after you activate your license key.
The plugin keeps working on every site where your key is active. Only updates and support stop.
